15 graham crackers

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Three blocks of 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 ½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup sour cream

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs, room temperature

1/8 tsp salt

1 ¼ cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp AP flour

Directions
Making the crust
In a food processor, put in the graham crackers and blend until there are fine crumbs.
Then add in sugar and butter and mix in the process until combined Press the crust into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Making the bars
Mix pumpkin puree, spices, and flour. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and salt until combined. Add in eggs, one at a time until combined.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheesecake mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Mix until combined. Then alternate cheesecake filling and the pumpkin filling all over the top of the crust.
Then swirl together.
Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 Allow to cool. Then place in the fridge for at least 4 hours so they are completely chilled.
