Greetings, this is Raplheal Williams. I appreciate you visiting. I spent seven years serving in the United States Army handling ammunition. However soon after my honorable medical separation, I began doing what I love -- baking & interior designing. Even though I am a full-time entrepreneur, I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science-Healthcare Administration with a minor in Executive Leadership and Health Leadership. EverydayRaplheal was established a few years ago when I made the decision to pursue my first passion in life—the culinary arts! Baking, cooking, and the process of creating material for MR. SUGAR are the ideal fusion of my artistic background, my expertise in leadership and hospitality (as baking involves so much of both), and my grandmother's lifetime teachings in the kitchen. I am thrilled to announce my TV debut on The CW's Great Chocolate Showdown, available for streaming on The CW App.

I am an African American, single mothered child who grew up in Decatur, Georgia, USA. Since traveling across the world with the military, as a result I have developed so much knowledge on art, textures, cultural delicacies, and dessert options. My cuisine is a fantastic blend of Southern American & Italian flavors. If you're wondering why I called my blog "EverydayRaplheal.," I did it because I think that it will encompass all my creative talents and aspects, as well as make you feel successful and confident in the home life. Since I find that sharing a meal with friends and family is the most fulfilling aspect of cooking, I decided to start a blog to share my recipes with all of you and maybe inspire you to make delicious treats or design your home differently than before; and be able to share these findings with people in your life.

I've had the good fortune to work with the TV media to star on season 4 of Great Chocolate Showdown, Food Network Canada, The CW, etc.  I've also had the pleasure of  having my work featured in magazines like Voyage Raleigh Mag, Black Foodie Finder, Restaurant Guru (Most visited restaurant for 2022 & 2023), thanks to MR. SUGAR, LLC. Regarding life away from the kitchen, my fiancé Rodney, our furbaby Dax and I are content with our lives with our future ahead, living in Raleigh, North Carolina.
