Ingredients
-
1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
-
1 ¼ cup light brown sugar
-
½ cup granulated sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups AP Flour
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
-
1 cup chopped pecans
-
1 cups white chocolate baking chips
Directions
Melt butter and let cool. Whisk together all wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add to wet ingredients gradually until dough forms.
Fold white chocolate chips and chopped pecans, then chill dough in refrigerator for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Once chilled, scoop dough in 1/8 balls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Place in oven for 18 minutes. (May need more time, may need less time; depends on your oven!)
Once baked, cool cookies for at least 10 minutes on cooling rack.
